- 7-Day Return and Exchange Service: If a customer discovers obvious, non-human-caused damage within 7 days of receiving the goods, please contact our company and provide the relevant order and invoice number. Upon confirmation and agreement from our store, the customer can visit our workshop for an exchange. The exchanged item must be returned along with its complete packaging, sales receipt, accessories, and instruction manual. The exchanged item must be intact, without damage, breakage, water damage, or signs of repair. The 7-day exchange service does not apply to any consumable items. The 7-day exchange service is limited to one use only. Generally, we do not accept any requests for product exchanges, order cancellations, or refunds. If no identical item is available for exchange (including gifts), it will be exchanged for another item of equal value. If the value of the exchanged item is higher than the original item, the customer will pay the difference; if the value of the exchanged item is lower than the original item, no refund will be given. If the above exchange terms are not met, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange. If the customer is unable to visit our workshop for an exchange, they can choose SF Express for the exchange, with both the company and the customer sharing the shipping cost. In case of any dispute, our company reserves the right of final decision.
